Appointments & Cancellations
We kindly request 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand that life happens — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment.
Consultations
All new injectable clients receive a thorough consultation before treatment. During your consultation, your provider will discuss your goals, assess your anatomy, and create a personalized treatment plan.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards. Gift cards and promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
Returns & Refunds
All sales on skincare products are final. Injectable and treatment services are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your results, please contact us within two weeks of your appointment so we can address them promptly.
